Submissions

Author Guidelines

Authors who wish to submit manuscripts to ENSEMBLE: Journal of Applied Mathematics, Statistics and Data Science are required to follow the guidelines below:

Manuscript Preparation

• Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by other journals.
• Manuscripts should be written in clear and academic English.
• The manuscript file should be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
• Authors are encouraged to use the journal template provided by the editorial team.

Manuscript Structure

The manuscript should generally contain:

• Title
• Author(s) name and affiliation
• Abstract and keywords
• Introduction
• Methods or Methodology
• Results and Discussion
• Conclusion
• References

References

• References should use a consistent citation style as required by the journal.
• Authors are encouraged to use recent and relevant references from reputable sources.
• Reference management tools such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote are recommended.

Submission Process

• Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal submission system.
• Authors should ensure that all required metadata and supporting documents are completed during submission.

Ethical Responsibilities

• Authors must ensure that submitted manuscripts are free from plagiarism, data fabrication, and falsification.
• All authors listed in the manuscript must have made significant contributions to the research.
• Any conflicts of interest must be disclosed clearly.

Review and Revision

• All submitted manuscripts will undergo a peer-review process.
• Authors may be asked to revise their manuscripts based on reviewers’ and editors’ comments.
• Revised manuscripts should be resubmitted within the specified revision period.

Publication Fee

• ENSEMBLE: Journal of Applied Mathematics, Statistics and Data Science currently does not charge any submission, processing, or publication fees.
